Fruit Trees by Stark Bros.

Most of our fruit trees will produce fruit two to three years after planting. You need two different varieties of the same fruit to pollinate and produce fruit. For example, a red delicious apple will pollinate and bear more fruit if you plant a Macintosh in the same area of the Red Delicious. Both trees will be pollinated and bear a greater volume of fruit. We suggest you call to confirm availability of your favorite fruit tree.

A fruit tree fertilizer such as Tree Tone is the best organic fertilizer to get the most from your fruit tree. Bonide Fruit Tree Spray is the easier way to prevent diseases and insects.

Fruit trees come in three different sizes: drawf, standard and semi drawf. Canton Road Garden Center carries semi drawf fruit trees; these trees grow to be 12 foot tall which makes it easier to harvest the fruit.
